KPH has built our business around a unique combination of capabilities. We are Wisconsin's only general contractor offering construction management and design/build expertise alongside a comprehensive range of environmental services and demolition.

Rather than coordinating multiple contractors across complicated projects, clients have one experienced partner capable of managing the work from environmental assessment and remediation through demolition, construction, and redevelopment.
