Partnerships

KPH Construction is recognized by Small Business Administration (SBA) as HUBZone certified. KPH is the only full-service construction and environmental company in Southeastern Wisconsin with HUBZone certification.

KPH Construction operates from its headquarters in the City of Milwaukee on the near south side within a “Historically Underutilized Business Zone.” The company is also committed to maintaining at least 35% of its employees who reside within in a HUBZone.

In another effort to help small and disadvantaged businesses flourish in the construction industry, KPH Construction founded the Emerging Construction Business Incubator (ECBI). As an incubator, ECBI provides small, entrepreneurial businesses with affordable space, business development services, and project partnerships to gain the experience they need to succeed.
