The Small Business Administration (SBA) of the federal government has once again recognized KPH Construction as HUB Zone certified. The Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program helps businesses in urban and rural communities gain access to federal procurement opportunities in return for their commitment to bring employment to areas of need.
For the third time in as many applications, the SBA has recognized KPH with HUB Zone certification.
KPH Construction operates from its headquarters in the City of Milwaukee on the near south side within a “Historically Underutilized Business Zone.” The company is also committed to maintaining at least 35% of its employees who reside within in a HUBZone. Said company founder Keith P. Harenda, “For the third time in as many applications, the SBA has recognized KPH with HUB Zone certification. We are pleased to continue to bring jobs to the City of Milwaukee in an area most needed.”
KPH is the only full-service construction and environmental company in Southeastern Wisconsin with HUB Zone certification.
