KPH Construction’s President Keith Harenda has been passionate about affordable housing since his time on the board of Hebron Housing Services, a non-profit that assists individuals and families struggling with homelessness. He has turned that passion into KPH’s expertise in a variety of housing projects, including workforce housing, multi-family developments, student housing, and emergency shelter construction, remodeling and expansions. To ensure continual education and community collaboration, KPH leadership proudly holds graduate certificates from the first-of-its-kind Wisconsin Supportive Housing Institute created by Wisconsin Housing & Economic Development Authority (WHEDA). The program requires 80 hours of targeted training and technical assistance.
